05 December 2014 Hi all,
I have a query regarding voting through electronic means.
Say a company has paid up capital of rs. 40 Crore. A company is proposed to convene a AGM & one of its major shareholder residing in abroad.
1. Can company give notice of AGM through mail?
2. Can a shareholder cast his vote through mail? Kindly share your views.

05 December 2014 The second link which you have provided is according to listing agreement.
But the query asked for the company is not a listed company.
The company is unlisted public company.

05 December 2014 Firstly if u recheck your query you will find that you didnt said anything about company is listed or unlisted or public or private.
