One of our client overseas is having a fund corpus and is willing to invest the same in India for project funding through our existing / nely formed company, with an understanding that e need to return the fund after 5 years with the requisite interest as per their demand. Please provide us a detail procedure to do this, and what documents should be required on either side, how RBI is involved in this & if involved hat are the clearances / declarations are to be made, and what kind of agreement should we have with the investor for such kind of investment ?

It is my understanding that each mutual fund scheme needs to be approved by the charity commissioner for the same. Does anyone have the complete list of approved funds? Any other important information about the same?

hello, I am in third year of my articleship. Because of dispute with principal I had to discontinue my articleship there. Further the reasons given by ICAI on which transfer is possible are not possible for me.. there are 10 months left for completion of my articleship. can I extend my articleship in any other principal after termination from existing principal...?
