19 December 2014 Dear Sir/ Madam,
My Articleship Training was complet on 28/08/2014.But in termination letter stated that 2 DAYS Excess Leave have been Taken . so Please Suggest me how i can Fulfill my Excess leave & which form should be submitted Of 107 or 103

20 December 2014 Dear Mr. Rakesh

If your 108 form contains 2 days excess leaves as allowed then you need to serve another articleship for 2 days by submitting 103 again and after 2 days you need to file 109 again.

However, you can request your principle to adjust 2 excess days from your excess hours served during training period if any
