I am member of institute holding COP. In the block of 2014-2016 i have to complete total 60 structure CPE hours. In 2014 i need to complete minimum 20 structured CPE hours which i am unable to comptele. Is there any provision (penal or other) by icai in case of non fulfilment of this minimum 20 Structured CPE Hours in 2014?

I had two pan cards and all my taxes from my company were deposited under my 2nd pan card and had received the form 16 as well but I want the tax revision to happen on my 1st pan card as want to keep the 1st pan card also I had surrendered the 2nd pan card and had received the acknowledgement of surrender. Pl suggest that will the TDS credit can happen from my 2nd to the 1st pan card.

One of our client overseas is having a fund corpus and is willing to invest the same in India for project funding through our existing / nely formed company, with an understanding that e need to return the fund after 5 years with the requisite interest as per their demand. Please provide us a detail procedure to do this, and what documents should be required on either side, how RBI is involved in this & if involved hat are the clearances / declarations are to be made, and what kind of agreement should we have with the investor for such kind of investment ?
