Articleship extension

24 December 2014 Hi Guys,

can anybody tell me that after completing the extension period, there is any requirement to intimate the ICAI regarding completion of extension period.My Artcleship has been completed on 28.08.2014 and there was 33 days extension. I already have submitted form 108 for articleship completion and 107 for serving the extension period under same CA mentioning the period from 29.08.2014 to 30.09.2014, in september'14. But till now I couldn't submitted form 108. Is there any panalty which I will have to pay? and if yes, please tell me in whose favour Demand Draft will be made.
