We have one partnership firm , I want make addition 10 partner and present partner no are 8 what is the procedure?
who is the right person at odisha to complete my job.
another Q whether we can be more than 20 partners or not?

As per Rule 10 of Companies (Miscellaneous) Rules, 2014, you can have 50 partners in your partnership firm.

Subject to contract between the partners and no person shall be introduced as a partner into a firm without the consent of all the existing partners.
