please anybody guide me. what are the procedure to do registration for proprietor concern running chat shop

Process is as follows:
1. Get registration under shop & establishment act of respective state.
2. Open a bank a/c in name of firm.
3. Get registration for VAT / service, as applicable.
4. Get registration under FSSAI, if applicable.
