could u please suggest me that what should the professional fees for incorporation of Company excluding reimbursement expenses (including DIN of three directors )

Atleast fees of Rs. 12000/- to 15000/- should be charged excluding expenses.

Fees depend on the time spent by you and your team. The charges of ROC for filing are uniform at all places how ever there may be difference in the amount of stamp duty to be paid.
