23 December 2014 sir.... meri article ship ka one year complted ho gaya he ab mu je transfer lena he or new article ship 115 km he to muje transfer mil sakta he...???

23 December 2014 If you fit into the norms laid down by ICAI for the transfer in second and subsequent year, you can get it. Merely because your place of articleship is 115 kms away may NOT, per se be regarded as VALID reason for transfer in Secnd and subsequent year.

29 December 2014 Yes since your are in 2nd year and the distance is more then 40 kms as precsibed then its allowed to take transfer but u need to first apply on plain paper to icai with the relavnt supportings attached and must be signed by ur current ca and then when in reply icai allows u in writing then u can file form 109 for transfer
