Extension of articleship

21 December 2014 hello, I am in third year of my articleship. Because of dispute with principal I had to discontinue my articleship there. Further the reasons given by ICAI on which transfer is possible are not possible for me.. there are 10 months left for completion of my articleship. can I extend my articleship in any other principal after termination from existing principal...?

21 December 2014 NO you cannot. You should satisfy Reg 56(1). Try if you can get your articleship seconded to another principal. Another option you can try is to go for Industrial Training.
