Dear Experts and Friends,
My name is Paras Kurele with Regn. no. CRO033285 in central region, I am presently registered for articleship training in Central region and I decided to join Industrial training in Steel Authority of India Limited, Asansol, West Bengal, Eastern Region because it is a one of the 9 Maharatna companies in India and my brother also live in that city. I asked Kanpur office about my working and they said that I have to submit form 109 for termination and form 104 for joining Industrial training after two years of articleship completion viz 24-03-2015 but as a matter of fact, Form 104 can not be completed without signature of a CA who is eligible for having an Industrial trainee under him in a recognised company and the company (SAIL) told me that they will not sign any form unless they receive a recommendation letter for the student from the local ICAI viz ICAI, Asansol. And when I asked to company to make an Offer letter instead for the training then they said that it is usual practice of the company to accept only those Industrial training applications which are recommended by ICAI, Asansol and in any way they will not sign Form 104 even if they gets a direct written letter from ICAI, Kanpur about that. Then I arrived at Asansol branch of ICAI and asked them to make a recommendation letter to the company (SAIL) and they answered me that they can not recommend me because I am registered in a different region and they do not have my database.

So they told me that they will not make that letter unless they receive a recommendation letter from ICAI, Kanpur or I gets my final registration transferred to ICAI, Asansol from the Kanpur office. After that I've gone to Kanpur branch of ICAI and asked them to make recommendation letter to ICAI, Asansol and they answered me that do not make any kind of recommendation and they have never made even a single recommendation so far.

So, In nutshell, when I go to company for having consent on signing on Form 104 they sends me to Asansol branch of ICAI for recommendation and when I approach to ICAI, Asansol they send me to ICAI, Kanpur and when I go to ICAI kanpur they says that it is not as per rules of the Institute and they do not send any kind of recommendation which leaves me helpless.

Now tell me my respected Experts and dear friends that what can I do next since it is clear that I have caught between this dramatic kind of situation of two different regions of ICAI and a Maharatna company.

Please guide me what to do in order to undergo Industrial Training in SAIL.

Dear sir,

There is manager in one of the bank outside india. One of the account with some money deposited in it. The account owner is expired before 10 years & there is no next of keen. Bank manager wants to represent me as next of kin with all legal process. Amount is arround $200000. This amount is transferred to my account in india. I need to transfer 50% amount to manager from this money & 5% as expenses. Remaining 5% will be mine.
My queries in case manager can trusted
1. Is this transaction is legal?
2. There will not be any voilation of laws in india?
3. What type of tax is applicable?
4. How much tax & what is amount on which tax is applicable?

One of my friends is getting salary Rs. 20000.00 per month and his basic salary is Rs. 16000.00 can you tell me about the percentage of basic as per EPF rule because PF is applicable till basic salary of Rs. 15000.00 and he want to know that is he in the range of EPF or not.

My client has entered into an agreement of purchase of a residential property in Australia for about 4,00,000 Aus $. His daughter is an Australian citizen.
Que : How he can make remittance ? He will have to make remittance directly in the name of the developer or he can transfer the funds to his daughter for making payment to the developer ?
