We are going to form a PVT. LTD Company,
For Form DIR 12,could we get any format or specimen for, Letter of appointment(Fist Director), Declaration by the First Director - Form INC-9, and Declaration of the appointee director, Managing Director in DIR - 2. and whether the above should be in Stamp paper and notorised.

2. Inc-9 in stamp paper and to be notarized.

3. Dir-2 in plain paper. No need to notarize.
