Dear friends

I want to make an online appliction for issue of IEC for a firm having 7 partners. What are the requirements of documents and what formalities are to be complied with as per the new system.

20 February 2015 1. PAN card - back to back - GIF
2. Partnership deed - notarized - pdf
3. No objection certificate from partners other than the applicant partner - pdf
4. Photograph - GIF
5. Bank certificate - GIF
6. RBI approval letter copy - applicable to NRI only - PDF
7. Aadhaar card - GIF
8. Online payment of fees - Rs.250 - through either of the 9 designated banks.
9. Official seal of the firm containing the applicant partner,s name and designation.
10. If on rented premises, copy of the partnership deed - notarized - PDF
11. Trade licence copy - PDF

PS:- Heard, off-line application is accepting, though on-line became mandatory from 1-2-2015, due to teething troubles.
