21 February 2015 Dear Sir,

I am S. Venkatesh was working in a PUBLIC LTD CO for 15years. Exactly completed 15 years & 4 days. I have received received less amount of Gratuity.

As per the Company Gratuity Policy any person who has completed 15years to 25 years they should get 75% of Basic X No. of years of Service. Here I completed exactly 15years of service. So, in my case how much I should get? Because the company gave me the gratuity gave me as per normal calculations. i.e. Basic X 15/26 X No. of years. Which I have lost 50 000/- Rupees. But while leaving the company on the last day my ESS Calculation clearly showed as per 75% calculation. But now they are giving the wrong amount. Kindly help me what the exact rule. Because I am losing my hard earned money which I dont want to lose. Thanks with Regards, S. Venkatesh
