Threshold limit for issuing From 15 CB is
Rs. 50000 per remittance OR
Rs. 250000 in a year.
My doubt is- whether the above mentioned Rs. 250000 is total remittance made to one foreign party in a year or all the remittance to various parties taken together in a year?

Now if we import any component/input for the capital goods to be manufactured indigenously without Invalidation letter/ARO by paying custom duty,
is there any way to recover/claim for refund in case EPCG holder doesn't issue us invalidation letter/ARO?

WE PAY CST ON-LINE IN SEPTEMBER 2013. THE PARTY MAKES THE PAYMENT BUT IN APRIL 2014 WHEN WE ASK FOR C-FORM THEY REGRET THAT WE DON'T ISSUE C-FORM.AFTER KNOW ABOUT THAT WE PAY CST @12.5% IN JULY 2014 AND ALSO INTEREST ON SUCH CST IN AUGUST 2014.

my father is a pensioner drawing monthly pension of RS 9000. he has some fixed deposit and earns interestRS7500monthly.the
source of the fixed deposit was PF amt.
my query is wheather interest amt. will be
added to pension amt. for computation of total income or not.
If interest income is to be added,then is there any way to avoid this?
Actually,i am a bank employee and my bank has fixed total monthly income of RS 10000 per month for parents to be dependent on me. I want to include my parents as dependent on me for the purpose of LFC ,medical etc.
