Sir, can i take my transfer of articleship from mumbai(parents stay at odisha) to odisha(my home town) as my financial condition is not good.
Is this a valid reason?? Will institute will approve transfer??..please reply sir ..its very urgent..

my father is a pensioner drawing monthly pension of RS 9000. he has some fixed deposit and earns interestRS7500monthly.the
source of the fixed deposit was PF amt.
my query is wheather interest amt. will be
added to pension amt. for computation of total income or not.
If interest income is to be added,then is there any way to avoid this?
Actually,i am a bank employee and my bank has fixed total monthly income of RS 10000 per month for parents to be dependent on me. I want to include my parents as dependent on me for the purpose of LFC ,medical etc.

I want to convert a Proprietorship into a Partnership firm which means the business has to be transferred and I want to convert i.e. carry forward the same VAT Registration into Partnership. Please show me a specimen sample Partnership Deed for the same.

Articleship transfer is permitted without any restrictions within 1 year of articleship.

How is that 1 year counted? Is it 1 year of working days or 1 year from date of joining of articleship? Suppose someone who joined in articleship on 01.04.2014 took transfer on 01.06.2014 and didn't join articleship for 2 months,and then joined articleship under another CA on 01.08.2014, does his 1 year period ends on 01.04.2015 or 01.06.2015 ?

How can we apply for Housing society pan application.It is under association of person but it has last name "LIMITED" and when we are going for apply system shows message limited word is allowed only for companies. As per Society registration it is mentioned as " PK tower cooperative housing society limited"

How will I come to know about when the new batches are going to open

A salaried individual working in a private limited company has his residence in Kolkata but his workplace is in Mumbai and his PAN address belongs to Kolkata but the address of aadhar card if of Mumbai and the other details in aadhar card i.e. date of birth, name, fathers' name is correct. He filed the ITR till previous year with the address of Kolkata but now from this year he wants to give the aadhar no in the return, can it be possible as the address is of Mumbai not that of Kolkata. Please suggest.
