GGood Day.

How can we apply for Housing society pan application.It is under association of person but it has last name "LIMITED" and when we are going for apply system shows message limited word is allowed only for companies. As per Society registration it is mentioned as " PK tower cooperative housing society limited"

Please suggest.

05 June 2015 there is no need to leave limited out of the name, please file name as LTD

there are hundreds of societies registered in Mumbai with Limited (LTD) in their name with PAN in the same name. For eg: check for PAN AAABD0348Q
