I am a House wife and I have 5 years Continues Associate Membership of ICAI.

I do not hold Certificate of Practice.

I want to apply for Fellow Membership , i do not have any Job Experience.

My question is :-

Will Fellow Membership be Granted by Institute in this case.

Please suggest.

We are forming a new company in India, in which one director will be Indian & one will be Jamaican. I wanted to know whether both the directors need to have the DSC or it will be sufficient if the Indian director has one ?
As there will be complexities in making the DSC of the foreign director.

can any one guide me the possibility of transfer in case of financial crises in 2nd year of articleship and the documents/ proof to be enclosed with the letter and also my principal is also allowing me transfer...??

Further if my application would be rejected by icai then, can i further apply for transfer with an another reason...???
