We are forming a new company in India, in which one director will be Indian & one will be Jamaican. I wanted to know whether both the directors need to have the DSC or it will be sufficient if the Indian director has one ?
As there will be complexities in making the DSC of the foreign director.

opening new branch office of ca firm

Dear Experts,
Our CA firm is a partnership firm in Noida.I would like to open a branch office in Delhi.
So,I would like to know:

1. Procedures regarding the above.
2. Documents required.
3. Forms to be filled and whom to be submitted.
4. Any other requirements.

Transfer from articleship in second year

can any one guide me the possibility of transfer in case of financial crises in 2nd year of articleship and the documents/ proof to be enclosed with the letter and also my principal is also allowing me transfer...??

Further if my application would be rejected by icai then, can i further apply for transfer with an another reason...???

Tds deduction

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
can I deduct the TDS from the first transaction/Service, even though the Payment is not crossed the limit of deduction either of single transaction's limit or annual limit under 194C ...?
