20 June 2015 Trust your inner voice. Take time and analyse yourself. Others opinion doesn't matter specifically in this matter because nobody can advise you better then your own self.
Either you go for practice or job, your future is secured.
Yes, if you belongs from a CA family, obviously you are going to join your family office; but if you are not then you have to put all your efforts to establish your new office. It may take 2-3 years also, so need to think wisely keeping in mind all pros and cons.
And if you are joining Job, 100% secure monthly salary is available and with all your hard work you can grab the top management position.

So just think keeping all resources, pros and cons in your mind.
