Hello sir,
what is the time Limit to generate the script from Shipping Bill Date or Scroll date as I have Shipping Bill in April 2024 and having scroll date June 2024 and trying to generate E script but it Has not allowing me to do that.
Please Advice

Time Limit for Generating RODTEP Script:
As per DGFT and CBIC guidelines, RODTEP claim must be filed within 12 months from the date of export.
The date of export is generally considered as the Shipping Bill date, not the scroll date.
So, you should ideally generate the RODTEP script within 12 months from the Shipping Bill date.
Your situation:
Shipping Bill date: April 2024
Scroll date: June 2024
Trying to generate script in June 2025 (or later) but system is not allowing.
Likely reason:
You are beyond the 12-month limit from the Shipping Bill date (April 2024), so the system may block generating the script.
