Please tell me about the online registration process under MSME of filling Entrepreneur Memorandum PART-1 & PART-2 & applications for availing exemption between 5cr to 10 cr @ DIC khanna in Punjab. & also if investment in plant & machinery exceeds 10 cr can the exemption be availed & how ??

I HAVE APPLIED FOR ONLINE IEC CODE AT THE DGFT WEBSITE DATED 02.05.2015. BUT STILL IT IS SHOWING THE STATUS THAT THE APPLICATION IS UNDER PROCESS. I HAVE TO CONFIRM WHETHER THE PHYSICAL COPY OF THE ONLINE APPLICATION & THE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS IS REQUIRED TO BE SENT?? IF SO, IN HOW MANY DAYS? IS THE APPLICATION STILL VALID? PLEASE SUGGEST SOMETHING IN THIS REGARD.

My father has given a property on Rent to BSNL Telephone Exchange Udaipur on 08/02/2000 at monthly rent of 15000 pm.
We are receiving the same rent of 15000 pm now also. Thers is no Increment.
So Please let me know how much rent can i receive from them

Sir, Can anybody answer me for my doubt mentioned below.

We have submitted our accounts for last 3 years, applying for 12a exemption for a charitable trust, but now someone told me since you have not done any charity payments you cannot get 12a exemption. You should have done some charity payments and then only your application will be qualified for exemption. Is it correct, wheather I have to wait for exemption before I do the charity, or I can make payments and apply with a charity activity account. Please guide me.

Anyone who is an accountant not a CA and his partner who is a Lawyer practicing together can make an Associate Firm,
