23 June 2015 DEAR SIR/MADAM,
I HAVE APPLIED FOR ONLINE IEC CODE AT THE DGFT WEBSITE DATED 02.05.2015. BUT STILL IT IS SHOWING THE STATUS THAT THE APPLICATION IS UNDER PROCESS. I HAVE TO CONFIRM WHETHER THE PHYSICAL COPY OF THE ONLINE APPLICATION & THE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS IS REQUIRED TO BE SENT?? IF SO, IN HOW MANY DAYS? IS THE APPLICATION STILL VALID? PLEASE SUGGEST SOMETHING IN THIS REGARD.

Submit the printed and duly signed application form in the office of the
concerned Jurisdictional Regional Authority (RA) through post or by hand.

24 June 2015 yes u have to send the document in file to the concern authority by registered post or by hand
