I am Pratap Kumar Ankamreddi from Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

I am planning to start a Trust ( Main Concept : helping poor people for better education, Health and financial support ).

As on date i have given No of Bags, books, writing materials to children, sewing machines to poor people , financial support for poor people, etc., But it is lot of burden to me. So, I have planned to start trust.

Can you please advise or prepare Trust deed ( with exemption Income tax) on payable basis.

OUR COMPANY IS BUILDER CO. WE RECEIVED BILL OF LIFT INCLUDING INSTALLATION CHARGES & MATERIAL VALUE. ON WHAT AMOUNT SHOULD I DEDUCT TDS. TOTAL OR ONLY ON INSTALLATION CHARGES.

I've passed ipcc first group in may 2014
And passed 2 nd group in may 2015
Since i had health issue that time so i was not able to start articleship immediately after 1st group cleared
So i joined articleship this month from 1st week
What will be consequence and when my final attempt will be

How does a rule comes to force in the ICAI for students??

Hi, I am May 15 ipcc passed student and registered for my articleship, but the problem is I am not getting form 112 signed by the respective college due to attendance issue. Why colleges today are stopping our talent by not signing it, as it is not written anywhere in Mumbai university guidelines. And second point why do ICAI wants it sign if I am doing Just Bcom. And everyone out there knows the college timings.. why there is need for it. two months have passed my college is not signing the form.

two identical company A and B manufacturer and sale an identical product with same cost structure. the selling price 10pu and variable cost 6pu same in both the cases. the maximum capacity is 25000 units in both companies and fixed overhead for both A and B are 35000. both companies aiming at year-end profit of 15000. the year almost coming to a close. company A has already sold 10000 units and can make and sold additional 15000 units while company B has already sold 20000 units fortunately at their juncture company C wants 5000 units of the same product. it invites competitive quotation from company A and B . both companies are Keen to get the order from company C. which company can get a chance of getting offer in your opinion.. Friends please suggest me a way to get my PIN as I cannot download my admit card without it. Or give me a link to find my password. pLease help me out friends please....

hello; I have filed my it return before due date and have sent my itr- v to CPC Bangalore but not rcvd the mail or msg about its receipt status how will I come to know that it is rcvd or not;. I have sent it on 3rd sept and the address is also correct plz help
