21 September 2015 Dear Sir,

I am Pratap Kumar Ankamreddi from Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

I am planning to start a Trust ( Main Concept : helping poor people for better education, Health and financial support ).

As on date i have given No of Bags, books, writing materials to children, sewing machines to poor people , financial support for poor people, etc., But it is lot of burden to me. So, I have planned to start trust.

Can you please advise or prepare Trust deed ( with exemption Income tax) on payable basis.

21 September 2015 Catch hold of some good lawyer from your area who can draft a trust deed and get it registered with the Charity Commissioneer of your area jurisdiction.

Once the trust is registered, post your query once again. CAs can then get you 12A registration as well as donation exemption etc.
