Before joining articleship my principal made agreement with me that you will do articleship for 3 year and you will not take transfer.
But due some reason now i wana take transfer from that firm.
and icai has also given us right to take transfer with in 1 year without any prior permission but still he is not giving me transfer.
And my tenure of 1 year yet not completed.
Whether i can take transfer or not??
