22 September 2015 Authorised Capital : The capital which a Company is authorised to raise.

Issued Capital : It is the sub set of authorised capital. The capital which is offerred by the Company to be subscribed by the would be shreholders is called as issued capital

Subscribed Capital : This is the sub set of Issued Capital. The capital which is applied fopr by the would be share holders
