Restriction on advertisement for practicing ca ???

22 September 2015 Hello everyone,

one of my friend is a practicing CA. His friend is director of company whose business model is of networking business.

He told my friend (practicing CA ) to become a member( not as shareholder) of the company by paying 5000 annual subscription fees.

company will create many such members like doctors/insurance agents etc.

Benefit is that any professional work will be given to my friend if any member needs any professional service.

My question :

Can my friend become member ? and whether or not this will amount to advertisement and professional misconduct.

waiting for the views of the experts.

22 September 2015 since the company is making the groups of professionals like Doctors in the said networking business, CA can very well register his/her name.
It will NOT amount to advertising/soliciting/unethical practice/professional misconduct.

22 September 2015 Let there be "n" number of other people.

So long as the network aims at having separate entries for say doctors, lawyers, architects and alike professionals, it will NOT amount to advt etc.
