I have sent my article ship completion letter by giving a new signature because of that I got a letter from institute about the signature difference and I have sent a new specimen of signature with the attestation of my principal . can I give a new improved sign and sent it to institute of chartered accountants of India

If india wants to grow without corruption then its rule must be strict so that corruption can be finished.
Every year due date is extended of return filing.....
In the same paralance demand is there to extend the due date of 3CD...if due date every year is extended then what is the meaning of due date....
One more point i have seen various CAs just for the sake of heavy fees dosent comply with the requirement....and this noise for FM meeting and other things are just to show client that how efforts they are putting in so that more money can be earned....

In reality many CAs of big firms dosent follow schedule II or companies act and just sign the bal sheet for fees...

I want to know whether there is any exemption from doing Advanced ITT as i already completed ITT training earlier. Now i am doing my internship in one of the most reputed Internal Audit firm. Here i had learnt more than what the Advanced itt syllabus is.

PLEASE HELP ME OUT IS THERE ANY SOLUTION. WHY THE HELL INSTITUTE IS TROUBLING US LIKE THIS.

they have mentioned that a person must be a member of icai and a holder of a graduate degree from recognised university
now my query is that b.com offered by ignou in association with icai for ipcc pass students will be valid if in future i become a ca and wish to apply for cpa australia please help me to choose right path.

one of my friend is a practicing CA. His friend is director of company whose business model is of networking business.

He told my friend (practicing CA ) to become a member( not as shareholder) of the company by paying 5000 annual subscription fees.

company will create many such members like doctors/insurance agents etc.

Benefit is that any professional work will be given to my friend if any member needs any professional service.

My question :

Can my friend become member ? and whether or not this will amount to advertisement and professional misconduct.
