Due date of 3cd must not be extended

23 September 2015 If india wants to grow without corruption then its rule must be strict so that corruption can be finished.
Every year due date is extended of return filing.....
In the same paralance demand is there to extend the due date of 3CD...if due date every year is extended then what is the meaning of due date....
One more point i have seen various CAs just for the sake of heavy fees dosent comply with the requirement....and this noise for FM meeting and other things are just to show client that how efforts they are putting in so that more money can be earned....

In reality many CAs of big firms dosent follow schedule II or companies act and just sign the bal sheet for fees...

Indian govt and ICAI must be strict rather than being liberal and making efforts to extend the due date

23 September 2015 01. CA Parul Saxena : You seem to be full of grievances. Why don't you open the topic in some Forum? It will have a good response from your professional brothers and sisters.

02. Your point of NON extension of due date is highly APPRECIABLE. I fully conquer with that with a very SMALL but apt modification.
Henceforth the DUE date be linked with SCHEMA date.e.g. The due date shall be within 6 months from the date of uploading SCHEMA by the CBDT/INCOME tax Dept.

I don't mind even making the period as 3 months from the date of uploading SCHEMA by CBDT/Income Tax Dept.

Responsibility, Accountability is NOT only the domain of CAs. It is the domain, in the first place, of these PUBLIC SERVANTs viz FM, CBDT, Income Tax Department who notify the SCHEMA on 25/07/2014 and expect the CAs to keep mum.........
