Can Any one guide me:

How many previous years record, legally , PF office can ask the company to produce.

23 September 2015 In the deserving cases, it can ask any number of years record. Please note that it is "PROVISION fund meant for future." Any doubt as to its implementation by the employer may cause the PF commissioneer to probe into the records right from beginning.

As per General Clauses Act, 16 years record is required to be preserved.
