Hi friends, Can anybody tell me,if as per amended CA ACt,2006, is it possible to form partnership firm of multi professionals? If yes, which professionals are eligilble to become partners? From when these amendments are applicable?

EPCG scheme

our organisation had taken EPCG Scheme in F.y. 2007-08 for import of capital goods. now we have completed our export obligation with 8 years. we had not done any export in F.Y. 2007-08. 1) what if we shall not complete our export obligation 2) there is any other way to earn foreign exchange.. if we are unable to do export within target period?
