While reading newspapers many a time I noticed a word " Rupee Guideance " especially in case of IT Cos. In todays paper also it is mentioned that "IT Cos should do well because of rupee depreciation but te important thing to watch out for is the guidance given by them."
Can anyone guide on thiis term Rupee guidance and related topics???

Guidance is the forecast / indication which the top management of the company gives to the investors for the forthcoming financials periods. They give guidance about there expected earnings / profitability / business growth for the next quarter / year based on the situations present at the time of declaration of results which may influence the projections drastically.
Since in the recent past, Rupee’s fluctuation is very high, it will be one of the very highly influencing factor while projecting sales /profitability for the next period.
