i commerce background i know about you how can read in step

i came to know that pcc student can give only 4 attemps but ipcc student can give 5 attemps is it true? what will happen if a person passes on 1 group during his 5 attempt can it be carry forward the same group which he has passed ofter re registration?what is the procedure of counting the attemps, if a person does not attend a attempt after appering in exam shall it be counted.....

sir, if one party come to me and show me a outstanding for the fiancial year 2005-06, amt 25000, so if there is any right for me to not consider that outstanding amount, reason is that why i bear that problem because of fault of party , why not party show that amount from year 2006 to till now, or i have to make cooperate with this party
