Does below mentioned leave includes or excludes for counting of leave from 156 days
In Leave taken continuosly (i.e. exam leave) consisting of- sunday; Festival/ gazetted holidays; 2nd and 4th saturday off (Provided by Firm policy);1 day compenatory leave every month (provided by firm policy) are included or excluded for calculating leave..???
=>In my firm we work for 8 hours in a day excluding lunch and 1st and 3rd saturday are also working.

A person working in share market clerk.cash received and payment transaction from customers(client) person(clerks) through on personal bank savings account.cash receipts estimated rs:3 lacs for month and estimated rs:30 lacs for one finicial year.
Doubt:
Person all transactions through on savings bank account is correct and any limit of savings bank account or current account opening required.

Need expert help regarding the matter.

I completed 5 years with a company and joined new company. Got the PF transferred to new firm. My question is:

1) Can I partially withdraw the PF amount for renovation work?
2) Will it be or shall be treated as PF loan and has to be repaid?
3) What is modus operandi for the same.

If yes, can I charge GST on the transportation services provided by me as we GTA?

What I under stood by the following notification that any services provided by goods transport agency (GTA) is taxable and services provided by other than GTA is exempt under GST.
