I am registered trader. I am going to supply the goods to an unregistered dealer/ proprietor. He asks me to invoice on his trade name.Can i do it?

12 August 2020 Although your buyer is a unregistered dealer, he might be running his business with a trade name. So he is correct to ask the invoice in his trade name of the business. He might not have taken gst registration because his turnover must be below he threshold limit.
