MY FRIEND IS APPLYING FOR A NEW BUSINESS LOAN IN A BANK. HE WANTS TO SUBMIT A PROJECT REPORT TO THE BANK. WHETHER IT IS MANDATORY THAT THE PROJECT REPORT SHOULD BE PREPARED AND SIGNED BY A CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT? CAN HE HIMSELF MAKE THE SAME AND SUBMIT IT TO THE BANK?

I am full time employment with CA Firm however i am holding full time COP from the month of May 2010. One thing i want to clerify that i am not get formed any propritership firm and i have submitted only "Form 6" with the Institite. Now my question is whether i can sign Balance Sheet of companies and other certification of papers like Application of DIN, company registration etc in the my "Individual Capacity/name". Please reply as soon as possible.

i hv completed my articleship. and my C.A is not ready to settle d leave 4 less than 180 days. so i want to ask ........if they extend my excess leave period...then is it neccessar to complete it before completion of final or may i do it after passing final exam?......
