Dear Sir
I am full time employment with CA Firm however i am holding full time COP from the month of May 2010. One thing i want to clerify that i am not get formed any propritership firm and i have submitted only "Form 6" with the Institite. Now my question is whether i can sign Balance Sheet of companies and other certification of papers like Application of DIN, company registration etc in the my "Individual Capacity/name". Please reply as soon as possible.

If you are appointed as auditor of company , you can sign the balancesheet.
