I have purchased a flat by taking home loan from lic housing, jointly with my NRI son. Now I wish to sale my another house in a year or two or after 5 years. Can I prepay the housing loan from the proceeds of sale of my old house, saving longterm capital gains.

1. Is any audit report is to be submitted by the co. to the bank?
2. Is any audit carried out by a CA b4 submitting the report to the bank?
3. If yes, what areas are covered in this audit?
