Can any one tell me the procedure to get transfer on medical ground? I will be very helpful to you for this.

Firstly U Have to Send a Application Letter on Simple Paper That U Wanna Transfer to Institute Specifying UR Reason of Transfer
Within One Month U Will Be Receiving a Confirmation Letter From Institute That UR Transfer Application is Accepted After Only U Can File Form 109.
