wrong filing of form 1 with ROC.

20 December 2010 I have filed form 1 with ROC but fillup some wrong information like company's autorised capital 100000 instead of 500000
so please tell me how can i ractify.

If you're gonna authorised Capital wrong form will not upload.as prescrutiny is must before uploading form.

I will suggest you to contact ROC official and demand for re-submission for make correction of changes.

but maybe form 68 not for change in authorized capital
and no prescrutiny error shown at that time uploading.

20 December 2010 Relavant portion of the notification is copied hereunder.
" An application for rectification of mistakes made while filing Form No.
1, Form No. 1A and Form No. 44 electronically, on the Ministry's website, shall be made
to the Registrar of Companies in Form No. 68 and such application shall be accompanied
by fee of rupees one thousand for rectification of mistakes in Form No. 1 and Form No.
1A and rupees ten thousand for rectification of mistakes in Form No. 44 respectively".
