We use TALLY 9ERP for trading business deal in mobile purchase and sale also maintain stock of various items of mobile in TALLY 9ERP. We also purchase and sale some shares for investment purpose (appear in investment head in balance sheet). How we maintain or track record of quantity of share of investment?

What is the minimum no. of employees for deduction of Profession Tax in Maharashtra? If there are only 4 employess,is employer liable to deduct Profession tax from the salary?

Dear Sir,

The one proprietor Mr. X is having the two different kind of proprietary concerns.
One firm name "A" is registered under ESI,the employees limit is above 20 and the activity is carried on without the power aid. The 2nd firm name "B" is manufacturing unit, having 9 employees and activity carried on with the aid of power is not registered under ESI.

Now,the proprietor want the letter for esi exemption certified letter from CA for Firm B.

Please tell me on what ground the CA Can give the certified letter to the proprietor

I am totally confused about how the limit of Rs. 15000 under ESIC operate. If I get Rs. 16000 in April 2010 then it is not applicable. If in May 2010 my salary goes down to say Rs. 13000, will I be covered by ESIC? At what point of time the limit is to be applied, is it month wise or on half yearly basis or if it is not applicable once then is it never applicable? Do I have to decide in April and October every six months?

Plz listed how much kind of services can a Chartered Accountant provide and also state that a Full time practising CA can appoint as a Director in a Company with drawing remuneration.

I m working in a Corporate Office,
Company estblishing camera in every room, every corner which also catch Voice Recording.
in Such a Case, if i receive any personal call and on call i talking about some personal secret debate,and all that will be recorded
and in other case, most official mail also received on personal mail id, where password of my mail id will be recorded in camera
in both case, company can misuse the personal things and misuse my personal mailid after knowing my password and not only company any other person in company ( as recording will be for six month) can misuse these So in such case What action we can take what how.
