What is the minimum no. of employees for deduction of Profession Tax in Maharashtra? If there are only 4 employess,is employer liable to deduct Profession tax from the salary?

minimum no. of employee drawing salary more than Rs. 5,000/- is one. Even if one employee liable for deduction of PT then PT registration liable.
