19 December 2010 MSOD means Monthly statement of select operational data, which is to be provided to bankers where they provided credit facilities.
However, there is a specific format of that but every bank have there own specific format.

19 December 2010 which documents should be attached to MSOD while submitting with the bank?

03 August 2024 When submitting a Master Statement of Account (MSOD) with the bank, certain documents are typically required to support and validate the information provided in the MSOD. The specific documents needed can vary depending on the bank and the purpose of the MSOD, but generally, you should consider including the following:

### **Common Documents to Attach with MSOD:**

1. **Cover Letter**:
- A formal cover letter addressed to the bank, detailing the purpose of submitting the MSOD and summarizing the key points.

2. **Proof of Identity**:
- Copies of valid identification documents such as a Passport, Driver’s License, or Aadhaar Card for individual account holders.
- For company accounts, include identification documents of the authorized signatories.

3. **Proof of Address**:
- Utility bills, lease agreements, or bank statements showing the address of the individual or company.

4. **Bank Statements**:
- Recent bank statements for the account(s) in question, which may be required to corroborate the entries in the MSOD.

5. **Company Documents** (if applicable):
- **Certificate of Incorporation**: For corporate entities.
- **Memorandum and Articles of Association (MOA & AOA)**: For companies.
- **Board Resolution**: Authorizing the submission of the MSOD or specific transactions.
- **PAN Card**: For both individuals and companies.

6. **Financial Statements**:
- Audited or unaudited financial statements for the period covered by the MSOD, as applicable.

7. **Supporting Documents**:
- Any additional documents that support the transactions listed in the MSOD. This may include invoices, contracts, or agreements relevant to the transactions.

8. **Authorization Letter**:
- An authorization letter if someone other than the account holder is submitting the MSOD.

9. **Previous MSODs**:
- If you are updating or revising previous MSODs, include copies of those as well.

### **Steps for Submission:**

1. **Compile and Verify**: Ensure all required documents are correctly compiled and verified. Double-check that all documents are current and valid.

2. **Prepare the MSOD**: Ensure that the Master Statement of Account is accurate and complete, and that it aligns with the supporting documents.

3. **Submit to the Bank**: Submit the complete set of documents to your bank's designated department or representative handling MSOD submissions.

4. **Follow Up**: After submission, follow up with the bank to confirm receipt and to address any additional requirements or queries.

### **Additional Considerations:**

- **Bank Specific Requirements**: Different banks may have additional or specific requirements, so it is advisable to check with the bank directly or refer to their guidelines.
- **Digital Submission**: Some banks may accept digital submissions of these documents. Verify the submission method accepted by your bank.

Ensuring that you provide all necessary documentation and follow the bank’s guidelines will help in processing your MSOD smoothly.
