Maine Hindi Medium Se M.Com. Kar rakha hai. Ab Mai ICWA Bhi Hindi Medium Se Kar Raha Hu Institute se english medium ki books mili hai. Kya hindi medium se ICWA me Numerical Bhi hindi me hi karne hote hai ya ishe english me kar sakte hai.

what are the forms/application submitted for part time employment with holding COP?


part time employment here means to give mgt consultancy to pf business.

In a case of demerger whether,

a) share premium account of a demerged company can be used for issue of shares in a resulting/new company ?

b) shares in a new company can be issued at a premium crediting share premium acocunt?

c) since in a court approved demerger there will be lock in period for shares of new company but can we use share premium account for issue of bonus shares?

d) will these bonus shares would also be under lock in ?

i have BOM a/c .Payment of expenses such as tel.,electricity,LIP is done through ecs.
Now i want to close BOM a/c.

same is wanted to pay through other bank a/c which is already opened.

what is the procedure to transfer ecs payment through other bank a/c and to close BOM a/c?
