dear sir,
i want to know collect tds for unloading charges.we are paying amount for freight charges and unloading charges to transporter.we dont not collect tds for freight charges.so i want to collect to tds for unloading charges.

Charges paid to transporter for any work related to traportation including loading and unloading would be liable to exempted from TDS on production of pan, otherwise 20%

I think U. D. Sharma is correct but if you pay unloading charges to person other than transporter then you to collect TDS
