I have passed I group of IPCC, And now i am doing articleship and also to be appeared in my II Group Exam of IPCC. Pls tell me the total leave allowed during articleship.

Pls give a detailed information to me about allowed leave.

I am doing DCF Valuation for a company which is a subsidiary of a foreign company. The Indian company is making few changes in it;s AOA & MOA regarding Directors, increase in capital etc.

For this purpose I v to do DCF valuation & the problem is that it's not the same as have read.

please assist how to prepare actual DCF Valuation sheet??////////

sir,i had cleared both groups of ipcc and as we have to register ourselves for articleship.i had filled the form and submitted it at icai.
But i had done a mistake in filling the form.
as i am a ipcc student,i have to do articleship for three years but as asked in the form 103,i had filled the period of articleship as 3 years and 6 months (as the mistake) and counted the date of the completion according to this period.
so please tell me what i should do now...please help!
