Hi Expert,
An AMFI certified person can only engage in distribution of mutual funds, so what I wanted to know is if a person is CFPA(Certified Financial Planner)- can such person sell mutual funds?

Which certification should a student prefer to do AMFI or CFPA?

Facts of the case:

1. ABC Private Limited has availed a working capital facility of Rs.500 million from Indian Bank.

2. ABC's holding Company XYZ holding 51% Equity (a Foreign Company) gave Corporate Guarantee to Indian Bank towards the Working Capital Facility extended to ABC Private Limited

3. EDF Limited (a listed indian Company) holding 49% of ABC Private Limited gives Counter Guarantee to XYZ (foreign Company) to the extent of 49% to secure the working capital facility

Please let me know the compliances under RBI to by made by EDF Limited / ABC Private Limited

Can any one will help me in drafting a petition u/s 433 of Companies Act,1956 on the ground that Company doesn't make payment to Sundry Creditors.

I applied for change in TAN details. After payment, the acknowledgement screen not displayed. I have acknowledgment number, but status is your transaction is process.How I download the same , when my log in is expired from NSDL website.

I have cleared c.a final in May 2011 and posted form no.02 with all due formalities on 08/09/2011.Till date i have not got the post from institute. I called at the regional office and the authorities informed me my number, now the problem is i wanted the hard copy form the institute informing me my membership no.So, please guide me where should i mail them.
