Suppose A an employee in a company leaves an organisation abruptly without serving a notice period & the company pays him 2 months notice period salary. The company does not deduct the PF contribution for the 2 months while making full & final settlement.Would the employee be eligible to get the contribution both of employer & employee for the 2 months & interest accrued thereon. can somebody throw light on this?

Ours is a Resort. Some foreigners stayed in our Resort and they are asking for a bill in dollars.

Can we bill in dollars ? I mean r we required to comply with any requirements in this regard ? what r the other important areas that needs to be taken care of.
