How much a CA normally charges for Registration of a partnership firm?

Dear Sir;

We are four directors of our company, out of which only one director to whom we want to expel out of the company, as he is not having that much capability, determination to grow our business. And also three of us have some personal disputes with him. FYI, we are equally holding the shares.
So please help us in this regard ASAP.

& besides this i have put

2.Rs. 5000/- in HDFC Top 200 Fund
3.Rs. 5000/- in ICICI Prudential Target Returns Fund
4.Rs. 10000/- in Reliance Growth Fund

& i am depositing Rs. 200/- PM in Post Office RD A/c.

Please suggest me the best investment options available

i have purchased national saving certificate, after 5 years on 18/10/2011 i recieved cheque on my mothername that is sarita agarwal but i and my mother have a joint account in state bank of india, in that the account was opened with name sarita devi as my mother have only voter card as a id now the bank is not allowing to credit it after giving affidavit by ist class magistrate or anything else.now it is back date cheque
