I cleared PE II group II and converted into IPCC. Now I want to start articleship.
As per rule of IPCC, student has to clear his group I to join articleship. So I just want to know whether I am eligible to join articleship as I cleared Group II and not group I.

Please advise.

under automatic route 100% FDI is allowed. Suppose X is indian company where 100% equty is held by Y which is an foreign Company.
i want to know whether X can sell the goods(export) to Y, is there any limitation for exports (% cap)
under guidlines, WT of goods would be permitted among companies of the same group subject to 25% of total turnover of wholesale venture. whether this condition apply to holding company Y in case of export

We received an order from Customer in Mumbai, purchasing the finished goods for export purpose against CT1 ARE-1 and form "H"

When he will send the above documents to us, how will we proceed with these doc's to move the goods to Mumbai?
Request you to explain the procedure with steps, so can follow easily at the time of movement of goods.
